HI..thank you for visiting. Below are photos taken on the first annual doggy Christmas parade hosted by animal defenders.
For decades, we have. had the stray issue, people abandon their animals for whatever the reasons be they justified or not... (I never find it justified to allow anything to happen where your beloved furry loved one ends up alone, scared and hungry in the streets. There is always a humane way to deal with these challenges). anyway.
Props to all the amazing people who make these events happen and above all, who help give their hearts, time, energy and money to doing their best to rescue as many of these beautiful animals as they can.
This is why I am against breeding on the island.
I get it but .. I also see the suffering and sadly.. creating lives when there are so many that need homes as is.. I can't justify it. but hey no judgements.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the parade. I love to see people and animals bond. all animals have beautiful characters and they ALL want to be loved and feel safe. and live.
